Egyptian hospital to count stroke patients with major clots

Summary
This study will look at 300 adults with acute ischemic stroke to find out how many have a large vessel occlusion (a big clot in a major brain artery). Researchers at Assiut University Hospitals will use CT or MRI scans to identify these patients and describe their characteristics. The goal is to understand the local burden of this serious type of stroke.
