Summary
This study will look at 300 adults who had a stroke caused by a blood clot and arrived at Assiut University Hospitals within 24 hours. Researchers want to find out how many of these strokes are due to a blockage in a large brain artery. They will also describe the patients' features and risk factors. The goal is to better understand this condition to improve future stroke care.
