Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of magnetic brain stimulation and speech therapy can help stroke survivors who have trouble finding words. Researchers will use brain scans to target the stimulation precisely, comparing it to a less-targeted approach. The goal is to see if this precise method improves the ability to name objects more than the standard method.
