Summary
This study looks at whether a cardiac rehabilitation program can improve recovery for people who have had a stroke. Researchers will compare standard care plus cardiac rehab to standard care alone in 150 adults. They will measure walking ability, daily function, hospital readmissions, and risk of another stroke.
