Summary

This study will compare how quickly stroke-related brain damage worsens in 135 Afro-Caribbean patients in Guadeloupe versus patients from mainland France. Researchers will use brain scans to track blood flow and collateral circulation. The goal is to learn if stroke progression differs in this population, which could guide future treatments.
