Summary
This study aimed to create and test four quality measures for the care pathways of people with stroke and chronic coronary syndrome (a type of heart disease). Researchers used data from over 36,000 patients in French health records to develop these measures, which track things like follow-up care and hospital readmissions. The goal is to use these measures to help improve the overall quality and coordination of care for these common conditions.
