Summary
This study compares three treatments—mirror therapy, brain stimulation (rTMS), and robotic hand therapy—added to standard rehab for stroke survivors. It aims to see which best improves arm movement, quality of life, and pain. About 120 adults aged 40-80 who had a stroke at least 3 months ago will participate.
