Summary

This study compares mirror therapy, brain stimulation (rTMS), and robotic hand training added to standard rehab for stroke patients. 120 adults who had a stroke at least 3 months ago will receive 20 sessions over 4 weeks. The goal is to see which approach best improves arm function, pain, and quality of life.
