This phase 3 trial tests whether a new emergency stroke unit, equipped with a hybrid CT and X-ray machine (NeuAngio-CT), can speed up clot removal in people having a severe stroke. About 232 adults aged 18-60 with acute ischemic stroke will be randomly assigned to either the new approach or standard care.
