Which statin works best with clopidogrel to stop another stroke?

Summary

This study tests whether atorvastatin or rosuvastatin, when taken with clopidogrel, better prevents new strokes in people who have already had a large-vessel ischemic stroke. Six hundred adults aged 18-75 will receive one of the two statins plus clopidogrel for three months. The main goal is to see how many have another stroke within 90 days.
