Summary
This study aims to see if stopping routine overnight neurological checks for stable stroke patients can help prevent delirium. The researchers believe that allowing patients to sleep through the night without interruptions might reduce confusion and improve recovery. They will compare outcomes between patients who continue with standard overnight checks and those who do not.
