Summary

This study tested a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called tACS in 20 stroke survivors who had hand and arm weakness. The goal was to see if it could improve communication between brain areas involved in movement. Participants received real or fake stimulation while their brain activity and hand movements were measured. The study was completed and focused on understanding how the stimulation affects brain connectivity.
