Summary

This study tested if a stretching program is better than standard exercise advice for lowering heart and blood pressure risks in pregnant women with obesity. It involved 224 women from 27 to 37 weeks of pregnancy. The goal was to see if stretching could help prevent serious pregnancy complications like preeclampsia.
