Summary

This study looks at whether stretching or aerobic exercises can help women with mild preeclampsia. Sixty first-time pregnant women aged 20-30 will do either stretching or aerobic exercises for six weeks. Researchers will check their blood pressure, urine protein levels, and body mass index before and after the program to see which exercise works better.
