Who is studied

Healthy university students aged 18-30 years who are able to safely perform jumping and agility tasks will be recruited from the university community. Participants with recent musculoskeletal injuries, relevant surgery, cardiovascular disease, exercise contraindications, or conditions affecting test performance will be excluded.
