Summary

This study looked at whether a stretching routine could help reduce cardiovascular risk in pregnant women with obesity. 224 women participated from week 27 to 37 of pregnancy. The stretching group was compared to a group doing moderate or vigorous activity. The main focus was on changes in blood pressure and other heart health measures.
