Can a High-Tech headset calm healthcare Workers' stress?
NCT ID NCT05994261
Summary
This study tested whether a non-drug therapy using sound and brainwave monitoring could help reduce long-term stress in healthcare workers. 94 participants who reported significant stress received either ongoing 'tune-up' sessions of the therapy or usual care after an initial treatment period. Researchers measured changes in stress, anxiety, and sleep quality over one year to see if maintenance sessions provided lasting benefits.
