Summary

This study tests whether a remote group stress management program (R-CBSM) can help women aged 50+ who have finished breast cancer treatment but still feel stressed. Participants learn relaxation and coping skills via video calls. The goal is to see if this reduces distress and slows aging-related changes in the body.
