Summary
This study tests whether a 10-week remote stress management program (R-CBSM) can reduce distress and slow aging in 192 breast cancer survivors aged 50+. Participants attend group video sessions on relaxation and coping skills. Researchers will measure changes in stress, immune cell health, and aging markers over 12 months.
