Summary
This study tested two 5-week stress management programs for people diagnosed with adjustment disorder with anxiety. One group used a computer-based program, another met with a therapist face-to-face, and a third group received no treatment. The goal was to see if the programs could reduce anxiety symptoms. 120 adults with access to a computer took part.
