New Self-Help program aims to ease mental burden for vietnamese cancer patients

Summary
This study is testing a self-help stress management program designed to help breast and gynecologic cancer patients in Vietnam cope with their diagnosis and treatment. About 285 patients will be randomly assigned to either try the new program or receive standard care. Researchers will measure changes in depression, anxiety, and quality of life to see if the program helps improve patients' mental well-being.
