Summary

This study looks at how stress hormones and certain genes might speed up memory loss in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Researchers will test memory and collect blood and saliva samples after a short stressful task. Participants return after two years to see if stress responses can predict cognitive decline and Alzheimer's-related changes.
