Summary
This study looks at whether different intensities of strength training can improve leg function, muscle strength, and tendon health in men who had an Achilles tendon rupture 1 to 5 years ago. Participants will do 12 weeks of supervised calf exercises at either low or moderate intensity. The goal is to find the best way to reduce long-term weakness and stiffness after this common injury.
