Summary
This study tests whether using simple, fast urine tests and viral load checks at the clinic can help people with HIV stick to their medication and keep the virus under control. About 539 people starting HIV treatment in South Africa will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves health outcomes and is cost-effective.
