Summary

This study tests whether using simple, fast tests at the clinic can help people with HIV stick to their medication and keep the virus at undetectable levels. About 539 people starting HIV treatment in South Africa will get either standard care or these quick tests. The goal is to see if this approach improves health outcomes and is cost-effective.
