Summary
This study tests whether using simple, on-the-spot urine tests and viral load checks can help people with HIV stick to their medication and keep the virus under control. About 539 people starting HIV treatment in South Africa will be followed for 72 weeks. The goal is to see if these quick tests improve treatment success and are cost-effective.
