Summary

This study explores whether reading specially designed storybooks can teach kindergarteners coping skills to prevent anxiety. About 56 children in Singapore will participate, and researchers will measure changes in coping and anxiety levels. The goal is to see if this simple, non-drug approach is feasible and effective for improving emotional well-being.
