Can myeloma patients stop treatment? trial tests life without daily drugs
NCT ID NCT05866757
Summary
This study is testing whether some multiple myeloma patients who are in a very deep, sustained remission can safely stop their long-term maintenance therapy. It will enroll about 70 patients who have been on therapy for at least two years and have no signs of cancer in very sensitive tests. The main goal is to see how many patients remain cancer-free one year after stopping their treatment, while also checking their quality of life.
