First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study tested a combination of drugs (cyclophosphamide, sirolimus, and sometimes azacitidine) to control severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in people who had a stem cell transplant and did not respond to steroids. The goal was to boost the body's own regulatory T cells to calm the immune attack. Only 3 people enrolled before the study was stopped early.
