Summary
This study tests whether a combination of a GLP-1 receptor agonist and long-acting insulin works better than standard insulin therapy for people with steroid-induced diabetes. About 100 adults with conditions like asthma or arthritis who take steroids will participate. The goal is to improve blood sugar control and reduce the need for extra insulin shots.
