Summary
This study is testing a specialized program for people aged 12-25 who show early signs that may lead to psychosis. The program uses a step-based approach to provide care tailored to each person's needs. Researchers will track participants for up to 24 months to see if symptoms and daily functioning improve, and whether the risk of developing psychosis goes away.
