Could a brain booster stop schizophrenia before it starts?

Summary

This study tests whether a drug that boosts NMDA receptors can help people with early signs of schizophrenia. About 48 participants with prodromal symptoms will take the drug for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if it reduces symptom severity and delays progression.
