Summary
This study looked at whether step-aerobics or core exercises are better at reducing non-HDL cholesterol in sedentary women who are overweight or obese. Forty-five women aged 25-45 took part in a 16-week supervised program. The goal was to see which exercise type improves cholesterol and other heart health markers more.
