Summary
This early study tests a nasal spray made from tiny particles (extracellular vesicles) from umbilical cord stem cells in 9 people who had an ischemic stroke. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose. Participants must be 18-70, have a blocked artery in the front of the brain, and be within 24 hours to 14 days of their stroke.
