Summary
This study is testing whether stem cells from umbilical cord blood can help control severe COVID-19 pneumonia. The trial will involve 70 hospitalized adults with moderate to critical pneumonia, comparing stem cell infusions against standard care. Researchers want to see if these cells can improve breathing, reduce the need for ventilators, and help patients recover faster.
