NCT ID NCT06294678

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether the time of day stem cells are given affects the risk of acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) in blood cancer patients receiving a stem cell transplant. About 198 patients aged 12-60 will be randomly assigned to receive their infusion at different times. The main goal is to see if timing can lower the chance of moderate to severe aGVHD in the first 100 days after transplant.
