First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at how a nerve block (stellate ganglion block) changes blood flow in the tiny vessels of the eye. Researchers will use a special eye scan to measure these changes in 50 adults who are already receiving the nerve block for pain. The goal is to better understand how the nervous system affects blood flow after serious brain injuries like bleeding or stroke.
