First seen Jun 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a new drug called MST-0312 in people with advanced solid tumors like lung, melanoma, bladder, colorectal, and triple-negative breast cancer. The drug is designed to activate a natural immune pathway to help the body fight cancer more effectively. It is given alone or with another cancer drug (pembrolizumab). The main goals are to check safety, how the drug moves through the body, and whether it shrinks tumors.
