NCT ID NCT07349342
First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at how stable (like regular weightlifting) and unstable (like using a balance ball) resistance training affect physical fitness, blood fats, and kidney function in 54 healthy young men who don't usually exercise. Participants will be assigned to one of three groups: stable training, unstable training, or no exercise for ten weeks. The goal is to see which type of training leads to better health markers, such as cholesterol levels and kidney tests.
