Summary

This study looked at how fast versus slow breathing exercises (pranayama) affect the lungs, heart, balance, and mental well-being in 74 healthy university students aged 18-35. Participants practiced their assigned breathing technique for 12 weeks. The goal was to see which speed leads to better improvements in breathing, oxygen levels, balance, and stress.
