Summary

This study tests a device called SSMD to see if it can improve arm movement in adults who have had a stroke or traumatic brain injury within the past year. About 150 participants will either use the SSMD device or standard electrical stimulation, along with usual rehab, for 5-6 weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in arm function and safety.
