Summary

This study compares infection rates after C-sections in 86 women who either get a small drain placed under the skin or not. It focuses on women with at least 4 cm of belly fat, who are at higher risk for wound infections. The goal is to see if drains help prevent surgical site infections and shorten hospital stays.
