Summary
This study tested whether a new drug called SR750 can reduce pain in people with trigeminal neuralgia, a condition that causes sudden, severe facial pain. 138 adults received either SR750 or a placebo for 6 weeks and rated their daily pain. The main goal was to see if the drug lowered average pain scores compared to placebo.
