New liquid embolic shows promise for enlarged prostate relief

Summary

This study tests a new liquid material called SQUIDPERI for a procedure that blocks blood flow to the prostate (prostatic artery embolization). The goal is to ease urinary symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate. About 100 men will take part to see if this approach works better than standard treatments.
