Summary
This study is testing a special exercise program called 'sport stacking' (quickly stacking and unstacking cups) for people with mild dementia and the family members who care for them. The goal is to see if doing these activities together can help improve the person's thinking skills and quality of life, while also reducing stress and improving the relationship for the caregiver. The program involves online group sessions and home practice over 18 weeks.
