First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study looks at whether people with lumbar spinal stenosis who have decompression surgery (without fusion) may see their spine alignment improve on its own. Researchers will measure changes in spine balance using X-rays before and after surgery. The goal is to understand if a simpler surgery can correct spinal imbalance without the need for more complex fusion procedures.
