First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study observes 67 adults with lumbar stenosis and low back pain to find out how many have a directional preference—meaning a specific movement (like bending forward or sideways) that eases their pain. Participants will be followed during their usual physical therapy at NYU Langone. The goal is to better understand this condition and possibly improve future treatment plans.
