NCT ID NCT07418710
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study tests two types of spiral arm straps (TheraTogs and TogRite) to see if they help children with unilateral spastic cerebral palsy use their affected arm and hand more effectively. Twenty-seven children aged 4 to 15 will be split into three groups: one gets standard rehab plus one strap type, another gets rehab plus the other strap, and the third gets rehab only. Over eight weeks, researchers will measure hand skills, grip strength, and arm function to find out if the straps make a real difference in daily activities.
