Summary
This study gathers health information from pregnant women with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) who have taken the drug Spinraza (nusinersen), and from their babies. Researchers want to learn about pregnancy outcomes, such as miscarriage, birth defects, and infant development. The study is observational, meaning it does not change the medical care participants receive. About 20 women from SMA registries in the US, UK, and Europe will take part, with babies followed for up to 2 years after birth.
