Summary
This study tests a spine surgery for 20 teenagers (ages 12-21) with a specific type of scoliosis (curved spine). The surgery aims to correct the curve and prevent it from getting worse, while keeping as much spine movement as possible. Researchers will measure success with X-rays and quality-of-life surveys.
