Summary

This study looks at whether spinal anesthesia or general anesthesia leads to fewer lung problems after hip surgery in older adults. It involves 40 people aged 65 and older who have waited more than 48 hours for surgery. Researchers will measure oxygen levels and lung function to see which method is safer.
