Brain scans aim to unlock secrets of pain relief

Summary
This study aims to understand how different types of spinal cord stimulation (some with a tingling sensation, some without) relieve chronic nerve pain. Researchers will use brain scans and pain tracking in 90 patients to learn how these treatments work in the body and to identify which patients are most likely to benefit. The goal is to improve treatment selection and outcomes for people with long-term pain.
